What you often ask us
What time should I leave?
We work that out for you. Give us your flight time and airport, and we set the pick-up time with a margin for traffic, check-in and security.
What if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number when you book. We track the flight and move the pick-up time with it. You pay nothing extra for waiting.
Where will the driver be on arrival?
In the arrivals hall, past baggage reclaim. You get his name and phone number in advance so you can reach him straight away.
How can I pay?
Cash or card with the driver, or by bank transfer in advance. Business clients drive on account and receive the invoice by email.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Up to twenty-four hours before the journey you cancel free of charge. After that we only charge if the driver has already set off.
Do you drive at night?
Yes, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, public holidays included. A six o clock flight simply means a driver at half past three.
